Bradford Bulls Academy players will now be able to review their performances at any time of night or day thanks to Bullbuilder. The Bulls Supporter’s Trust has used money raised through subscriptions and Golden Gamble ticket sales to donate a new multi DVD copier for the club’s training base that allows academy players to take away DVDs of their games so they can study them at home.
Bullbuilder Chairman Mike Farren commented “This contribution from Bullbuilder further enhances player development and through video analysis of individual performance. It will hopefully help players to improve their game and lead to better performances from the team.”
Academy players study personalised footage of their performances that analyse all aspects of their game through a specialist software package. This footage is edited and viewed at the club’s training base. The DVD copier complement existing equipment to allow coaches to copy footage for players to study.
Bulls Academy chief Richard Tunningley said “I’m very grateful to Bullbuilder for the donation of this piece of equipment. It will have a positive impact on player education and should help them improve their performance on the field. I’d like to thank all the Bullbuilder members for their continued support”.
Bullbuilder is currently planning a series of events to raise further money to assist the Academy and following a recent productive meeting with Managing Director Steve Ferres will continue to provide a conduit for fans to the new owners.
Mike Farren said “We’ll shortly be publicising details of upcoming events and members can rest assured they’ll be the first to get news of our meetings with club officials and our activities to help the Academy.
